Allan brings more than 25 years of high technology sales and service expertise to his role leading Bolt Data as Managing Director and SVP, Sales and Marketing. With an extensive history of building lasting relationships with clients, Allan leads Bolt Data’s efforts to expand our leadership with customers investing in the Salesforce ecosystem. A constant theme in Allan’s early career in customer and field service was how technology could be harnessed to both delight customers and improve service performance simultaneously. Based on a chance meeting he was presented with an opportunity to leverage that background to design service applications at Clarify, an early CRM vendor, and see his vision come to life.
Prior to Bolt Data, Allan served as VP of Professional and Strategic Services for ServiceMax, the leading provider of Force.com field service solutions. In 2001, he co-founded Movana LLC, a provider of outsourced service contract sales solutions acquired by Encover.
Jeff empowers organizations to create the “Intelligent Enterprise” through the use of technology. With over 20 years’ experience in technology, delivery implementations, business management and executive visioning, Jeff has a history of delivering value and results to the most complex situations. Known as the “fixer”, Jeff has a proven track record of course correcting implementations and initiatives to successful completion. Jeff’s focus has always been on partner success, as that is how he measures his value. Working at the “Speed of Trust”, Jeff is able to quickly identify the major issues and gaps and implement change to correct those misalignments.
With over 20 years’ experience in code development, Chris has worked with many recognizable companies including GE, Bayer, Sprint and Adidas. Chris has a vast amount of project experience including serving as technical architect for initial implementation throughout EMEA division at Pitney Bowes and at GE Healthcare for the implementation deliver ServiceMax throughout the United States. After his time as a technical architect at ServiceMax, Chris became the founding member of Bolt Data. He now draws upon his nearly 10 years of experience in the Salesforce/ServiceMax space to expertly guide projects throughout the technical side of project delivery.
Leo brings more than 20 years of experience working across multiple disciplines from R&D, manufacturing and field service to productsSupport, professional services and business development. Leo infused his knowledge of hi-tech industrial manufacturing and field service during his 10-year tenure at DuPont. He earned a patent, put field service in the cloud, and worked with IoT before it was called IoT. He also held international responsibilities implementing new tech for companies throughout Europe and Asia.
At Bolt Data, Leo is the Senior Director of Business Development. He leads sales enablement, business strategy and customer solutions for field service and AIoT implementations.
Before joining Bolt Data, he moved from Pennsylvania to California, where he joined the founding team at Appify. Leo was the Director of Customer Success & Business Development, evangelizing no-code apps for business and acquired the first 40 customers. Before Appify, he was the Director of Professional Services at ServiceMax, and led numerous successful enterprise implementations at companies such as GE, Stryker, Kodak Alaris and Perkin Elmer, to name a few.
